Ida M. Stout, 80, Manteno, Illinois and formerly of Robinson and Oblong, Illinois passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2011, at the Beecher Manor, Manteno, Illinois. Born on December 16, 1930, in Robinson, Illinois, she was the daughter of John Minnick and Maggie Mae (Ridge) Minnick. Ida was employed as a machinist at Bernards in Beecher, Illinois. She was a member of the Christian Church, Manteno, Illinois and she volunteered at various thrift stores and animal rescue organizations.
On April 16, 1949, she married Robert Stout, who survives. Also surviving is one son and daughter-in-law, Gregory Allen & Sandra Stout; two daughters, Roberta D. “Bobbi” Stout and Cheryl Deane Stout; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Ida is preceded in death by her parents and ten brothers and sisters.
Bro. Dee Wolfe will officiate the graveside service.
